Standard policies and contracts are provided on this page to help you understand and meet your regulatory requirements. The standard policies and forms outline the minimum requirements you must have for each policy or in a contract.
You may choose to negotiate a different contract with your customers; however, all contracts must comply with the law. You can also write a different policy, such as a bespoke financial hardship policy, however, it must comply with the minimum requirements of the law.
If you use and publish on your website the standard policies and contracts published here, you will be deemed to satisfy the requirement to make available or provide the information required by the AES Code to the Customer.
